All projects need to be planned before starting and/or for urgency situations during the project. A well - prepared plan can reduce the budget and time and also can show us the future posibilities of work overlaps or problems. By this way, we can manage the plans with the limited resources.

If we don't have unlimited workman-ship, equipment, time, budget etc. we have to organize all resource and others with a precise approach. In some projects we can make our plans hourly/daily/weekly. In some cases we can even manage the minutes, if required.
