Governor and Oily Mist Dedector Maintenance and Repair

 

As a Marine & Industrial Engineering Solutions, we are working with manufacturer approved services in Turkey. After overhauls of Woodward, Zexel etc. types of governors we have a warranty system which can be valid all over the world with a manufacturer approval;

 

• Overhauling and adjusting of governor by specialist, supply of original spares according to inspections and reports.

• Testing of governors in test bench in workshop and attending the seatrials,

• Overhauling of listed types of governors (UG 8 - UG 10 - PSG - SG - UG 8 MAS - UG 10 MAS - ZEXEL UG 40 - UG 40 MAS - UG 40 DI PGA 12 - PGA 29 - PGA 58 3161- EGB - EUROPA - EGB 10 - PG 58 - EG 58 - PGA 200 - EG 200 - PGA - PGA 300 - PG 300 - EG 300

 

• Overhauling of oil mist detector in workshop including cleaning,

• Fixing of suction funnels & siphon blocks & connection tubes onboard, final testing,

• Operational checking onboard and reporting to owner side,

• Overhauling of listed types of oily mist dedectors (VISATRON type - VN 115/87 & VN 116/87 PLUS VISATRON type - VN 215/87 PLUS VISATRON type - VN 215/93 PLUS GRAVINER TYPE

• Supply of original spares as per inspections.
